Development of high-temperature, radiation-resilient embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) monolithically integrated on GaN technology to enable secure configuration storage and calibration functions in extreme-environment electronics. This GaN-based NVM overcomes fundamental thermal and reliability limitations of silicon memory, supporting next-generation defense, hypersonic, RF, and power-electronics systems within the NEMC ecosystem.
